Duly hardened and grounded, the parts such as flywheel, crank shafts, etc ensures long-lasting durability of the machine. Properly sized flywheel is madeup of high grade CI and is balanced for storing and releasing of energy as desired during pressing. Machined to close accuracy, hardened and ground, then fixed in gun metal bushes for perfect alignment, the crank shaft is made up of special alloy steel. Proper alignment of the press ensured by machining of the profile cut steel plates prior to welding, the frame which is made-up of all steel construction fabricated from steel plates with suitable cross ribbings.
